Shipping & Returns
Fancy’s Lingerie stands behind the quality of our merchandise. Please inspect your order carefully. If you have any damages or a quantity discrepancy please let us know within 5 business days. We will authorize returns up to 30 days from the receipt of your order. You must have a return authorization issued by Fancy’s Lingerie. Fancy’s Lingerie will replace any damaged item that is returned within the 30 day period. Returns for garments that have been worn will not be accepted. Closeout or sale merchandise will not be subject to return. We do not issue any cash refunds. There will be a 20% restocking fee for returns without exchanges.
Shipping:
All orders will be shipped FedEx or USPS within 24 hours of cleared payment unless back ordered. Shipping is free if order total is $75.00 or more within the USA.
If order is under $75.00 shipping will be $8.99 within the USA / $12.99 Canada.
Express shipping is $18.99 within the USA. International orders will ship for $24.99 USD.
